Since the fall of 2020, Emma Grace Uren serves at Caregiver Incentive Project (CIP) in the role of Management and Development Intern.
Emma graduated High School as a dual enrolled student from the College of Lake County in 2019. Emma is a current student at Northern Michigan University where she is in the College of Business pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship.
When Emma is not in the Marquette area for school, she is home in the Chicagoland area, where she was born and raised. Her family is still in Chicago including her parents, two brothers, and two sisters. Before joining the CIP team, Emma had several experiences working with non-profits and strategic planning. Emma was a student Senator at the College of Lake County, interned for Singular Ministries in Costa Rica, and was involved at the Luke 3:11 Share Center in Lake Villa, IL. Emma’s work experience includes lifeguarding, business management, tutoring art, and being a sales representative for Fitbit.
Emma’s goal is to own her own business and to travel the world. Emma is athletic; she is a rower for the NMU Crew Team and loves running. Emma can also be found in a coffee shop or library reading, drawing, and writing.
